Students will learn camera functions in depth, lighting techniques, composition, movement, exposure, and visual continuity, while gaining real on-set experience through guided exercises and projects. Program Overview
The Cinematography Masterclass at Lumiere Institute of Filmmaking (LIFM) is an intensive 3-month weekday and weekend program designed to train aspiring filmmakers in the art and craft of visual storytelling. Blending strong theoretical foundations with hands-on practical training, this course covers both basic and advanced cinematography concepts.
Final Project
Each student will produce a 3-5 min (weekday) and 1-2 min (weekend) short film using AI assistance in script or post. Best film will be awarded at the graduation ceremony by a jury of cinematographers and industry professionals.
