Certification in Filmmaking

Duration : Weekday: 60 sessions - Mon - Fri (10 AM - 5 PM)

Theory Sessions : 3 hours/day – This will include celebrity guest faculties from the film industry.

Guided Practical Sessions : 3-4 hours/day

Outcome : Completion of a short film

Course Fee : INR 1,50,000 + GST (includes production materials, studio time, and software access)

Program Overview

The three-month filmmaking program not only teaches students the basics of filmmaking, but also helps them understand the future of filmmaking using AI tools. The sessions are structured through a series of theoretical and practical lessons with the help of industry professionals, along with celebrity expert guidelines. 

This foundation course is targeted towards aspiring filmmakers, college students and hobbyists, which can act as an entry level into the world of filmmaking. LIFM program is designed to educate and accelerate creative and committed individuals to elevate their knowledge in filmmaking and step foot into the film fraternity with added credibility from mentors and professional filmmakers.  

 

Final Project

Each group of 5 students produces a 7-10 min short film, using AI assistance in script or post. Best film will be awarded at the graduation ceremony by a jury of filmmakers and industry professionals.
